The AHC Global Ambassador Program is a platform for passionate leaders to:

To qualify as an AHC Global Ambassador, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Commitment to African Heritage: Demonstrate a strong interest in African culture and community-building efforts.
• Leadership Skills: Showcase an ability to inspire and lead initiatives aligned with AHC’s mission.
• Active Community Involvement: Have a proven track record of supporting African community development or cultural activities.
• Cultural/Professional Expertise: Hold expertise in fields such as history, arts, education, or African studies.
• Global Network: Possess influential networks that can assist in promoting AHC’s goals.
• Alignment with AHC Values: Share the AHC’s dedication to unity, education, and cultural preservation.
• Membership in Good Standing: Be a formal member of the AHC with financial contributions up-to-date.
• Volunteer Dedication: Commit time and effort to AHC programs and initiatives.

1. Prepare Your Application:
   • Submit a detailed resume or portfolio highlighting your achievements, community involvement, and alignment with AHC’s values.
   • Include a personal statement explaining your motivation to become an AHC Global Ambassador.
2. Submit Online:
   • Email your application to board@africanheritagecentre.org.
3. Interview Process:
   • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the AHC Board of Directors to discuss their vision and potential contributions.
4. Notification of Appointment:
   • Successful candidates will be notified via email and provided with an onboarding package.

Terms and Conditions

• Term Duration: Ambassadors serve for two (2) years, with a possibility of reappointment for one additional term based on performance.
• Accountability: Ambassadors must report annually to the AHC Board of Directors, detailing their activities and contributions.
• Reappointment Policy: After two consecutive terms, ambassadors must take a break for at least one term before reapplying.
• Code of Conduct: Ambassadors must adhere to AHC’s code of ethics, upholding its values in all representations.
